Here are two simple habits to adopt right now:
1: Speak with the "summary" in mind.
Say out loud what you're already explaining to the patient: "You have an apical lesion on 46…" Your explanation will become clearer, more educational, and—bonus—more helpful for the patient.
2: Rephrase your decisions.
When you make a diagnosis, propose an option, or decide on a course of action, say it out loud. Not for the AI, but for your patient. It's the best way to stay aligned—and to have a clean document at the end.
